2024 SEASON: USTFCCCA All-Metro Region (Shot Put & Hammer Throw); Second Team All-NJAC (Shot Put & Hammer Throw)...took first in the shot put (15.09m), third in the hammer throw (47.81m) and fourth in the discus (44.33m) at the Ramapo Invitational...second in both the shot put (15.35m) and discus (45.47m) at the Coach P Invite...career-best throw of 50.81m in the hammer throw at the Lions Invite...second in the shot put (15.49m) and hammer (49.88m) while taking fifth in discus (45.37m) at NJAC Outdoor Championships.
2023 SEASON: USTFCCA All-Metro Region...First Team All-NJAC in shout put, Second Team All-NJAC in hammer, Honorable Mention All-NJAC in discus...picked up wins in the discus (47.02m) and hammer (50.31m) at the Osprey Open...won the shot put (15.43m) at the Coach Pollard Invitational...first place in the shot put (15.36m), second in the hammer (50.43m) an third in the discus (44.78m) at the NJAC Outdoor Championships...finished sixth in the discus (46.82m) and eighth in the shot put (15.4m) at the AARTFC Outdoor Championships.
2022 SEASON: Placed 14th at the NCAA Outdoor Championships, reaching 15.49m in the shot put...won NJAC Championships in the shot put (16.23m) and discus (49.18m)...picked up wins in the discus at the Oscar Moore Invitational (49.83m) and Osprey Open (49.12m)...won the shot put (15.4m) at the Ramapo Invitational.
2021 SEASON: NJAC Field Athlete of the Year...First Team All-NJAC in the shot put (14.71m) and Second Team in the discus (44.63m)...won all six shot put events he competed in, including a season-best throw of 15.26m at the Rowan Last Chance Meet on May 20...added wins in the discus (42.64m) and hammer throw (39.94m) at the Ramapo Mini Meet on April 23...won the discus at the Stockton Invitational #2 (41.62m) and #3 (44.16m).
Personal/High School: Son of Roger and Josephine...has two siblings; James and Christine...sister Christine runs track at MSU and also played softball/volleyball at William Paterson...favorite song is Sleep Alone by Two Door Cinema Club...favorite athlete is Ryan Crouser.
