2023 SEASON: Took 13th in the hammer throw (38.78m) at the Osprey Open...placed 15th in the hammer (36.82m) at the NJAC Outdoor Championships.

2022 SEASON: Placed eighth in the hammer throw (36.9m) at the Ramapo Invitational...recorded a season-best throw of 39.37m in the hammer throw at the NJAC Outdoor Championships.

2021 SEASON: Made outdoor debut at the Ramapo Mini on April 9, competing in the shot put (10.43m), discus (33.29m) and hammer throw (25.13)...placed 11th at the NJAC Outdoor Championships in the hammer (35.16m).

Personal/High School: Nutrition and Food Sciences major...son of Rachel Bonner and Joseph Koomson...has two sisters, Josephina and Hannah...First Team All-Conference in high school...favorite movie is You Got Served...favorite athlete is Allen Iverson.
