Her collegiate coaching resume includes previous NCAA stops as an assistant coach at Stockton University, Kean University, Seton Hall University, and as a pitching consultant at St. John's University. During her seven seasons at Stockton, Lensch helped the Ospreys post consistent success while developing two future Hall of Fame pitchers, spearheading recruiting efforts, and organizing the program's pitching clinics. She also revived the club softball program at Ocean County College, where she served as head coach in 2023.

Beyond the collegiate ranks, Lensch has been a fixture in New Jersey and national fastpitch softball for more than four decades. She founded the New Jersey Divas Women's Fastpitch program, guiding the organization to an ASA 23U National Championship and multiple top finishes at the national level. She has coached numerous NCAA student-athletes and national award winners, including athletes who earned invitations to USA Softball Olympic Trials, and has worked alongside Olympic coaches and professional players throughout her career.

Widely respected throughout the softball community, Lensch is a USA Softball of New Jersey Hall of Fame inductee and a member of the organization's selection committee. She is also a two-time ASA All-American and holds numerous coaching certifications, including Professional-Level High-Performance Pitching Instructor, National Fastpitch Coaches College Four-Star Master Coach, NFCA-Endorsed Pitching and Hitting Instructor, and Motor Preferences Specialist certifications.

Away from the diamond, Lensch retired as a lieutenant with the Elizabeth Police Department following a distinguished 27-year law enforcement career. She earned a bachelor's degree in psychology, summa cum laude, from Kean University.
