Nikki Philpot is in her first season as an Assistant Coach with the softball team, focusing on the outfielders, slappers, and baserunning.
Prior to Montclair, Philpot served as an Assistant Coach at Georgian Court University for two seasons. She began her coaching career at her alma mater, Dominican University, for one season.
A member of the Dominican University Hall of Fame, Philpot was a four-year scholarship student-athlete from 2007-10 and advanced to the NCAA East Region Tournament twice. She collected over 100 hits in her four-year career and was named an NFCA Scholar-Athlete.
