Montclair State University Athletics

Becky Sierp is in her first season at Montclair State University, serving as Chief of Staff. With more than 20 years of experience in student housing, management, and campus operations, she brings a strong record of leadership, strategic oversight, and people-centered excellence.

In her role with the Women’s Basketball program, Sierp applies the same commitment to excellence and student success, supporting coaches, staff, and student-athletes through thoughtful planning, operational leadership, and a culture grounded in integrity, care, and continuous improvement.

A native of Lebanon, New Jersey, Sierp earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Rider University and a master’s degree in Student Personnel Services from Rowan University.
