After playing on the women's basketball team for two seasons, Courtney Hardy transitioned to the role of Social Media Marketing Coordinator. 

In this role, Hardy will be tasked with content creation and team promotion. She is also responsible for the marketing and coordination between the team and the external world via newsletter and social media sites. She was instrumental in the promotion and execution of the 2022 and 2023 "One Day For Montclair" Day of Giving fundraising campaign, which garnered the largest amount donated in program history, two years in a row. 

Now in Graduate School pursuing her MBA, Courtney Hardy is also the Graduate Assistant within the Montclair State Athletic Communications Office. In this role she works with the players and coaches for all of Montclair State Athletics. A crucial role in the gameday staff, she stats and PA announces athletic games all throughout the year. In this role she is also responsible for marketing and promoting athletic programs via social media forms including social networking sites, media coordination, and web page creation.

A native of Elkton, Maryland, Hardy graduated in 2023 with her undergraduate degree in Sports Marketing, Events, and Tourism. She is now continuing her education here at Montclair State in a one year accelerated MBA program.
