Courtney Roselle is the most recent winner of the title "Titan of the East" from the show "The Titan Games on NBC" with Dwayne "the Rock" Johnson. She owns her own health and wellness company called IRON GRACE which includes in person fitness coaching, online fitness coaching,  a clothing line, motivational speaking, and fitness modeling. She has been an athlete her entire life playing every sport possible growing up. She ended up pursuing a basketball career for 4 years at University of Scranton.

After graduating, she took on the sport CrossFit in 2013 and never looked back! She has been a Coach for 10 years now and has competed across the country in multiple CrossFit Sanctioned Events and Competitions (Granite Games, Asbury Park Summer Games, Wodapalooza). In addition, she has been published in multiple media outlets for fitness modeling and has written multiple health articles.  (Vogue, Self Magazine, Shape Magazine, Women’s Health, My Fitness Pal,etc.)  Her certifications include CrossFit L1 Trainer, Certified Functional Strength Coach, USA weightlifting Coach, and NASM- CPT.  Courtney trains various clients from athletes, to kids, to everyday gym goers trying to find the strongest version of themselves.
