Dawn Cerrone enters her second season serving as the Director of Player Development for Women's Basketball in 2025-26.

In 2024-25, Cerrone was part of the group that was named the NJAC Coaching Staff of the Year after guiding the Red Hawks to a 24-5 record, an NJAC Championship, and the Second Round of the NCAA Tournament.
