Second Team All-NJAC ... became fourth Red Hawk since 2015 to be named to All-Conference Team ... competed in six meets ... placed eighth at NJAC Championships in the 6K with a time of 23:13.3 ... notched a career-best time of 23:08.4 in the 6K at the NCAA Metro Region Championships on November 16.

2023 SEASON: Competed in four meets…career-low 5K time of 20:13.5 at the NJIT Highlander Challenge on October 7…placed 21st in 25:10.8 at the NJAC Cross Country Championships…notched a personal-best 6K time of 24:14 at the NCAA Division III Metro Regional Championships on November 11.

2022 SEASON: Made cross country debut at TCNJ Blue/Gold Invitational on September 22...season-low time of 28:53.8 in the 6K at the TCNJ Invitational on September 23.

Personal/High School: Exercise Science major...brother Edgar ran for Bloomfield College...Passaic County First Team All-County (2019-2021), New Balance Cross Country First Team All-Northeast (2019), Big North Conference Spring Track & Field Team Winners (2019 & 2021), Big North Conference First Team All League (2019-2021), Cross Country Captain/MVP, 4 Year Varsity Track/ 3 Year Varsity Cross Country...attended Felician prior to Montclair State...favorite athlete is Lewis Hamilton...favorite song is The Color Violet by Tory Lanez.
