2010-2011: Outdoor- NCAA All-American placing 2nd in 400hurdles with personal best time of 1:00.57 and anchored qualified 4x400 … Anchored school record and NCAA provisional qualifying 4x400 at Swarthmore Last Chance… Became a 3-time NJAC Champion placing 1st and setting new Championship meet records in the 400hurdles (1:01.68) and 4x400 relay (NCAA Qualifier), ran first leg on 1st place and school record 4x100 and competed in high and long jump…Posted season best and number one DIII 400 hurdle time (1:01.21-NCAA automatic) as a heat winner at the PENN Relays, also ran on school record 4x200… At Roadrunner Invite, set meet records in 400hurdles(1:04.23) and 4x400 relay...Personal best of 26.60 in 200meters at Dick Shea Open.
