2025 Season: Clocked a season-best time of 14:33.83 at the Coach Pollard Invite in the 3000-steeplechase... Placed fourth in the 3000-steeplechase (14:54.57) at the TCNJ Multi Invite... Notched a season-best time of 22:35.47 in the 5000-meter run and placed eighth at the Ramapo Twilight Invite  

2024 Season: Finished fifth in the 5K (21:15.67) at the Ramapo Invitational...won the 3K steeplechase (14:05.1) at the Lions Invite...took sixth in the steeplechase (13:50.93) at the NJAC Outdoor Championships.

2023 Season: Notched a season-low time of 2:57.36 in the 800 at the NJAC Championships.
