Brian Hurler is in his third season with the Red Hawks.
 
Hurler has also coached with Ocean County Volleyball Club for the past four seasons. He was most recently the head coach of the club’s 17U Open team, which has qualified for GEVA’s Power League Series in back-to-back seasons. This past summer Hurler helped lead GEVA’s Youth High Performance team to an international silver medal at the USA Volleyball High Performance Championships in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In 2017 he was a camp coach with the GEVA Youth team that went on to win a national gold medal at the USAV High Performance Championships.
 
Hurler graduated from The College of New Jersey in 2015 with his degree in Business Administration. While at TCNJ he competed on the men’s club volleyball team and helped the team to a first place finish in the MACVC Northeast Division during the 2013-14 season. He is a current holder of the USA Volleyball CAP Level 1 Certificate.
