2025 Season: Clocked a career-best 10000-meter run (45:14.55) and placed 12th at the NJAC Championships... Posted a career-low 20:14.97 in the 5000-meter run and placed eighth at the Coach Pollard Invite... Notched a career-best in the 1500-meter run (5:09.49) at the TCNJ Lions Invitational

2024 Season: Took second in the steeplechase (13:10.68) and 4x800 (10:23.77) at the Ramapo Invitational.

2023 Season: Hit a PR in the 5,000-meter (20:43.03) at the Danny Curran Invitational...finished third in the steeplechase (13:00.94) at the Osprey Open...hit a PR in the 1,500 at the Lions Invitational on April 28...took fourth in the steeplechase (12:45.22) at the NJAC Outdoor Championships.

Personal/High School: Nutrition and Food Science major...daughter of Robin and John...has one brother, Christopher.
