Erin Sullivan

Erin Sullivan begins her 10th season with the Red Hawks and third as the Associate Head Coach in 2026 following a very successful playing career from 2013-16.

Sullivan was part of the staff that won 2025 NJAC Coaching Staff of the Year, as the Red Hawks posted a 12-0-5 mark during the regular season, the fourth time in program history that it finished unbeaten in league play. After clinching both the NJAC Regular Season and Tournament Championships, Montclair went into the NCAA Tournament riding a 17-game undefeated stretch, its longest since Sullivan's playing career. The Red Hawks placed eight on the All-NJAC teams and took five of the six NJAC Major Awards.

Sullivan appeared in 88 contests and helped MSU to four NCAA Tournament appearances along with the 2014 NJAC Championship. Sullivan was a two-time All-NJAC selection in addition to being selected All-Region twice by the National Soccer Coaches Association. Sullivan capped off her career in 2016 earning a spot on the NSCAA Division III All-America Second Team becoming just the  fifth player in program history to earn that honor.

Sullivan, MSU's NCAA Woman of the Year nominee in 2017, was named the MSU Scholar-Athlete of the Year for 2016-17 academic year and also claimed the department's Highest GPA Award.
