Jaclyn Hilty is in her tenth year with the Red Hawks and currently serves as the Associate Athletic Director for Administration. She joined the department in January 2016.
In her role, Hilty provides operational support to both Montclair State University Athletics and Bloomfield Athletics staff, coordinating daily operations that support over 600 student-athletes and 18 varsity programs. She manages all departmental human resources functions as well as financial operations.
Hilty plays a key role in maintaining the organization and efficiency of the department, serving as a central liaison between athletics staff, university departments, and external partners. She works closely with coaches, administrators, and student workers to ensure seamless coordination across teams and events, supporting the department’s mission to promote student-athlete success both on and off the field.
Prior to joining Montclair State, Hilty earned her bachelor’s degree in History from Rowan University in 2012, where she competed as a member of the club field hockey team. She earned her master’s degree in Higher Education Leadership in 2018, reflecting her dedication to student support and advancing institutional goals in higher education.
