Lauren Pickul joined the coaching staff in 2023 after graduating from Montclair in 2022.

A three-time All-NJAC performer, she was named First Team All-NJAC in 2022. Pickul also gained second Team All-Region accolades in 2022 and was tabbed as NFHCA Division III Defensive Player of the Week.

During her four-year playing career, she appeared in 40 games and made 38 starts, posting 16 wins, 253 saves, and six shutouts.
