Matt Milon joined the men's basketball coaching staff prior to the start of the 2025-26 season.
A five-year professional, Milon played stints in Switzerland, Romania, and Poland. He signed his first professional contract in August of 2020 with Starwings Basel of the Swiss Basketball League, averaging 12.6 points per game with a 37.9 percent shooting mark from beyond the arc to help guide the team to the league finals. The following season, he signed a contract with CS Phoenix Gala?i in Romania and averaged 13.9 points per game. In 2022, Milon returned to Switzerland on a contract with Fribourg Olympic. His most recent professional stint came in 2024 as a member of GTK Gliwice in Poland.
Milon was a three-star prospect coming out of high school and appeared in 30 games at Boston College during the 2015-16 season, leading all ACC freshman in three-point percentage (.494). After transferring to William & Mary, he started 58 of 61 appearances over two seasons, averaging 13 points per game, shooting 46 percent from the field and 41 percent from long distance. He spent his senior season at the University of Central Florida, appearing in all 30 games and making 18 starts while averaging 6.2 points per game.
