Taylor Jeffers returns to Montclair State for her second stint on the women's basketball coaching staff for the 2025-26 campaign, previously serving as an assistant coach during the 2013-14 season.
Jeffers appeared in 104 games for the Red Hawks from 2009 to 2013, logging 1,896 minutes, 724 points, and 478 rebounds. She played in all 30 games during her senior campaign and was named First Team All-NJAC along with garnering D3Hoops.com Atlantic All-Region Second Team honors. During her stellar senior season, Jeffers finished seventh in the conference in scoring, 12th in rebounding, ninth in field goal percentage and eighth in free throw percentage.
She currently serves as the Social Media Lead at LaunchBreak, a professional networking community for women athletes that helps them get hired, funded, and seen. Jeffers also is an Advisory Board Member for the College for Education and Engaged Learning at Montclair State University and serves as a Brand and Social Media Consultant for purpose-driven organizations.
