August posted another fine all-around week for the Red Hawks in a 1-1 week. He had 21 points and eight rebounds along with five assists and two blocks while missing just one field goal and one free-throw attempt in a 77-53 victory over Berkeley. August was 7-of-8 from the field, posted the same 87.5 shooting percentage at the foul line and had five assists and two blocked shots. He then had 13 points and seven rebounds along with three assists and two blocked shots in a 70-60 loss to Staten Island. August currently leads the team and the NJAC in scoring (21.3 ppg) and is second on the Red Hawks in rebounding (10.0). He also leads the squad in field goal percentage (.593) and is ranked second in the conference in rebounding and third in field goal percentage.
