Goldson is named MSU Athlete for the second time this season as he become the second different Red Hawk to earn NJAC Player of the Week honors this season. Goldson averaged 28.5 points, 12.0 rebounds, and 2.0 steals per game during a pair of NJAC victories last week. He recorded his sixth double-double of the season with game-highs of 27 points and 18 rebounds, while adding two steals during a 64-59 NJAC road victory at William Paterson snapping the Red Hawks' four-game losing streak. Three days later, he wrapped up the week by tallying his third 30-point game of the year, while adding six rebounds, one assist, and two steals during a 69-61 NJAC victory over Rutgers-Camden. Goldson, who passed the 900-point mark for his career, currently ranks second in the NJAC in rebounding (9.4 per game).
