Torregroza picked up his first win of the season as Montclair State knocked off SUNY Oneonta, 10-1 in the Red Hawks' first game following their Florida trip. In his third start of the season, the lefthander allowed a run in the first inning before shutting down the Red Dragons over the next five innings. Torregroza, who struck out six, retired 16 of the final 18 hitters he faced after giving up the run in the first inning. He is currently 1-1 on the season with a 2.65 ERA with 15 strikeouts and one walk in 17 innings of work.
