Sire is named for the second consecutive week after helping Montclair State stretch its winning streak to five games. The 5-10 sophomore averaged 14.7 points, 8.7 rebounds and shot 46 percent from the field as MSU improved to 16-6 on the year, 12-3 in the NJAC. Sire opened the week with 12 points, eight rebounds, two assists and two steals in a 57-49 win at The College of New Jersey and followed that up with 18 points and eight rebounds as Montclair knocked off local rival William Paterson, 64-59. She closed out the week with her 11th double-double of the year (14 pts., 10 rebs.) as MSU slipped past Rutgers-Camden, 54-51. Sire currently ranks in the Top 15 in the NJAC in five categories including scoring (10th at 12.6 ppg), rebounding (6th at 9.1 rpg) and field goal percentage (10th - .425).
