The Red Hawks' leadoff hitter, Powers hit safely in all six games and five multiple hit contests in a 4-2 week for MSU. Powers was 2-for-4 in each game at Kean on Tuesday scoring twice in the first contest. She was 1-for-3 with a run scored in Montclair's 3-1 win over Rutgers-Newark in the first game and was 2-for-4 with two RBI and two runs scored as MSU completed the sweep of the Scarlet Raiders. Powers completed the week going 5-for-7 with five runs scored and a triple as Montclair swept DeSales. Powers had an on-base percentage of .545 and slugged .682 while going 31-of-31 in the field at second base.
