Cobbertt won two individual events and swam on a winning relay as Montclair State closed out its dual meet schedule with a 115-79 win over Vassar College. Cobbertt led a 1-2 MSU finish in the 50 freestyle winning with a time of 22.63 seconds. He added a second victory in the 100 backstroke (55.68 seconds) before taking part on the medley relay team that won that event with a time of 1:41.43.
