August, selected for the fifth time, was once again solid in a 1-1 week for the Red Hawks averaging 22.0 points, 5.5 rebounds and 4.5 assists while shooting 56 percent from the field. He posted a game-high 19 points and gave MSU the lead with 13.4 seconds left before Ramapo scored in the final moments in a 64-63 loss, just the second for Montclair State in its last 10 games. He then posted his 14th 20-point contest of the year and seventh in the last eight games collecting 25 points as Montclair rebounded with a 68-57 win at TCNJ. Included in those 25 points was an 11-of-14 performance at the foul line. August is currently ranked second in the NJAC in scoring (20.8 ppg), rebounding (9.2 rpg), field goal percentage (.554) and blocked shots (1.2 bpg). In addition he is ranked seventh in assists (3.4 apg) and 14th in free-throw shooting (.732).
