With the win, the Lions clinched the NJAC regular-season title. Having outscored its opponents 56-0, TCNJ is 15-0 overall and 9-0 in the conference while riding a 30-game winning streak. MSU drops to 11-3-3 on the year, 5-2-1 in league action.
Lions' junior forward GIA ROSAMILIA (Parsippany, NJ/Parsippany) notched the game inner at 24:45 off an assist by freshman defender SHANNON MOSIER (Woodbridge, VA/ Woodbridge). TCNJ ld 1-0 at halftime and held a 9-1 shot advantage.

The Lions' senior goalkeeper VICTORIA NUSSE (Westfield, NJ/Westfield), Division III's top-ranked goalie, notched her tenth shutout of the year, picking up two saves. MSU's STEPHANIE ROMANKO (North Brunswick, NJ/North Brunswick), ranked 12th in the nation, had 13 stops in the loss.
