JEFF GOGAL (Kearny, NJ/Kearny) fanned nine in sixi nnings as Montclair State, ranked fourth in Division III, blanked the University of Redlands, 7-0 on Sunday afternoon.

FRANK SEMPLENSKI (Livingston, NJ/Livingston) each had two hits and an RBI for the Red Hawks, who pounded out 13 hits in improving their record to 3-0.
Montclair State led 1-0 after one on an RBI double by Baran and broke the game open with four runs in the third.
ETHAN BOYD (Perth Amboy, NJ/Perth Amboy)reached on a error to lead off the inning. He would advance to third on an errant pickoff and scored when MAYO launched his second homer in as many games for a 3-0 lead. Baran then singled with one outand came around to score on a wild pitch.
JOSH MORRISON (Middlesex,NJ/Immaculata) then doubled home a run for a 5-0 Montclair advantage.
That would be all the run support that Gogal needed as he improved to 2-0 on the season.The lefthander allowed four hits and walked one as he won his eighth straight decision.
