EBONY ALLEN (Camden, NJ/Woodrow Wilson) each scored 17 points as Montclair State won its third straight with a 93-35 rout of Purchase College at Panzer Gymnasium on Monday evening.

AMANDA MULLANEY (Brooklyn, NY/Bishop Ford) had six points and 12 rebounds as the Red Hawks (11-7) scored the first 12 points of the game en route to their highest point total of the season. Korianne Scheller (Odessa, WA/Odessa) had eight points for the Panthers (7-10), who committed 29 turnovers and shot just 28 percent (14-of-51) in the game.
The Red Hawks controlled the game from the tap as Batts scored on a layup off the opening tip and
STEPHANIE CROLEY (Piscataway, NJ/Piscataway) added a layup for a 4-0 lead. Batts then connected on a short jumper and
DYETTE DILLARD (Willingboro, NJ/Willingboro) added a basket for an eight-point advantage. Batts third basket in the first three minutes made the lead double-digits and Allen capped the run with a pair of free throws at the 17:14 mark.
Dillard scored all of her nine points in the first half, including seven in a 14-second span. Her three-pointer gave MSU 24-9 lead with 9:37 to play and the junior then added a steal and layup. Dillard then stole the ensuing inbounds pass and laid the ball in for a 28-9 Red Hawks lead with 9:23 left before halftime. MSU shot 54 percent (22-of-41) in the first half and limited Purchase to just 3-of-25 (12 percent) from the field.
Allen had seven rebounds and Batts six as Montclair dominated on the boards, 61-29, including 33-12 on the offensive glass.
KRISTEN POTENZONE (Totowa, NJ/DePaul) had eight points and
BRIDGET FITZSIMMONS (Timonium, MD/Dulaney) seven as every Montclair State player scored in the contest.
Veronica Spikener (Brooklyn, NY/W.E. Grady) had a game-high 13 rebounds for Purchase.
