Hoboken, NJ - Freshman attack Mark Bielicky (Martinsville, N.J./Bridgewater-Raritan) scored five goals and senior midfielder Brian Lalli (Cranbury, N.J./Princeton) had four goals and one assist to lead Stevens Institute of Technology to a 20-6 win over Montclair State on Saturday afternoon in a Knickerbocker Lacrosse Conference game at DeBaun Field.
Stevens (6-2, 3-0 Knickerbocker) scored the first nine goals of the game and built an 11-1 lead at halftime. Montclair State falls to 7-2 overall and 2-2 in conference play.
Bielicky, who scored four of his five goals in the first half, put Stevens in front with an unassisted goal 1:26 into the game. Five different players scored goals in the final 6:07 of the first quarter as the Ducks opened up a 6-0 lead after one period.

BRIAN FISCHER (Ridgewood, N.J./Ridgewood). Stevens answered just eight seconds later when Bielicky finished off a pass from sophomore Rich Benson (Rehoboth Beach, Del./Cape Henlopen). Lalli scored his second extra-man goal of the game four seconds before halftime to give the Ducks an 11-1 lead at the break.
