Glassboro, NJ (4/23/05) – Midfielder Maggie Goodman scored four goals to lead Rowan University over visiting Montclair State University, 10-8 on Saturday.
Goodman also had two assists. Attack Liz McGough contributed with three goals and one assist. The Profs also had one goal apiece from attacks Katie Loomis, Katie Kline, and Caitlin Meseroll.

SHAUNA BROCKLEBANK each had one.
Rowan (6-7) took 31 shots while Montclair State (9-4) had 18. The Profs' goalie Katherine Rowland made eight saves. For the Red Hawks, goalie
KRISTEN KUHMANN stopped 14 shots.
The Profs trailed, 5-3 after the first half. The two teams traded goals twice in the first eight minutes of the second period. MSU led 7-5 after Brocklebank scored on a pass from Gillin at 22:36. Rowan answered with four straight goals to lead 9-7with 6:28 remaining. McGough tied the score at seven (12:46) while Loomis had the go ahead goal (7:50). Goodman scored her third goal of the game (6:28) for a 9-7 advantage.
Gillin pulled the Red Hawks within one (9-8) with an unassisted goal with 4:51 left on the clock. Goodman added an insurance goal at the 16 second mark.
Montclair State returns to action on Monday, April 25 as they host Eastern (PA) at Sprague Field in the Red Hawks' regular-season finale. MSU will then host Kean University in the opening round of the Knickerbocker Women's Lacrosse Tournament on Wednesday, April 27 at 4:00 pm.
