Montclair, NJ (9/15/05) – Junior HEATHER ACIZ collected 11 kill, six service aces and 13 digs as Montclair State posted its second straight victory with a 3-0 sweep over Rosemont College in NCAA Division III Volleyball action at Panzer Gymnasium on Thursday evening.

ZAIRY RAMOS had six kills and four service aces as MSU (3-3) recorded its second straight sweep.

Veronica Bates had three kills and four digs for the Ramblers (1-3).

Freshman JULIANA FERDINAND added five kills, two service aces and six digs while junior setter MELISSA CIACCIO registered six assists and 11 digs. Ashley Philyaw had three kills, three digs and three blocks for Rosemont.

Montclair State returns to action on Friday, September 16 with two games at the University of Scranton Tournament . MSU will face St. Lawrence and host Scranton in pool play on Friday. The Red Hawks will then play twice more on Saturday before returning home to host Richard Stockton on Tuesday, September 20 at Panzer Gymnasium.
