Kerry Glynn (Old Bridge, NJ, Old Bridge) had a goal for the Red Hawks, who are now 13-0 on the season, 5-0 in the NJAC as they defeated the Profs for the first time since 2004, a span of eight games. Gibson then made it a three-goal advantage with 15:33 to play knocking in a shot from 20 yards out. It was her seventh of the year for Gibson, who registered her ninth career multi-goal contest.
Rowan would finally break through with 4:41 to play on a goal by Tiffany Kelly. It was only the second goal the Red Hawks have allowed this season and the first during regular play. MSU gave up a penalty kick goal in its win at William Paterson on September 25.
