ALEX HAHN scored the go-ahead goal with 6:13 remaining with junior midfielder
ZACH SCHRECK adding an insurance marker late in the fourth as No. 20 Montclair State upended Stevens, 11-9 at DeBaun Field on Wednesday evening.

MICHAEL SCHRECK collected two goals and two assists as the Red Hawks (5-2) snapped a six-game losing streak against the Ducks (4-4) posting their first victory since an 8-5 win at home on March 20, 2010. Montclair also captured its first game in Hoboken since a 13-5 triumph on April 1, 2000, a span of 12 games.
Hahn's goal came after a three-goal run by Stevens to open the fourth as the Ducks knotted up the contest at 9-9 with 8:16 to play. Stevens won the ensuing faceoff and goalkeeper
LUCAS JONES came up with one his 15 saves in the contest. Two minutes later, MSU went a man down after a penalty but got possession after a turnover. Montclair would cash in as

Blaise Mantineo would win the all-important faceoff after the goal and the Red Hawks were able to run off the next 3:20 of the contest before
ZACH SCHRECK scored the last of his goals with 2:43 left giving MSU the two-goal advantage.
The Ducks would get two opportunities to get a goal back however Jones came up bit with two more stops, the last coming with 49 seconds remaining as he denied Matt Ferentini.
Tied 3-3 after one period the back-and-forth continued into the second period with each team scoring twice before
MICHAEL JEVIC gave Montclair the lead 6-5 with 3:27 to play before halftime. Hahn's first goal 1:17 into the third period extended the lead to 7-5. Stevens would get one back near the midpoint of the period however
ZACH SCHRECK connected twice inside the final minutes, the second with :12 left for a 9-6 MSU lead after three periods.
MICHAEL SCHRECK and
CONNOR CUNNINGHAM each finished with two goals and two assists for MSU, which got three caused turnovers and five ground balls from
STEVE DANYLUK.
ROBERT SNOW also had five ground balls.
The Red Hawks are back in action on Saturday, March 28 facing 16
th-ranked Cortland in Upstate New York at 3:30 pm.
