ERIN SULLIVAN scored on a penalty kick sparking a game-ending four-goal run by Montclair State as the Red Hawks knocked off Stockton 5-1 at MSU Soccer Park on Saturday afternoon.

ASHLEY KOESTER each had goals in the run as the Red Hawks (10-1-1) captured their sixth straight victory while improving to 4-0 in the NJAC. The victory was also win No. 100 for MSU head coach Pat Naughter.

CHRISTINE MAYORGA gave Montclair an early 1-0 as she scored 8:27 into the contest. It was her seventh goal of the year. Stockton countered that with a little more than 10 minutes remaining in the first half as Abbey Yannacone registered her third goal of the season at 34:40.
Montclair would take the lead in the 54
th minute.
DANIELLA GRECO headed a shot in the box that was blocked however the Ospreys (7-3-1, 2-1-1 NJAC) were called for a handball. Sullivan converted the penalty kick giving MSU the lead, 2-1.
Madison picked up a huge goal eight minutes later, her sixth of the season as Montclair went up 3-1 with 28:15 left. Hornstra followed 15 minutes later with her fifth before
ASHLEY KOESTER capped off the second-half run with her fifth of the season. Freshman
EMILY BEENDERS got the assist.
Goalkeeper
ALYSON BURNS made four saves for Montclair State, which outshot Stockton 13-10 in the game. The Ospreys held a 6-5 edge in corner kicks.
Montclair State returns to action Wednesday, October 5 when it travels to Hoboken, NJ for a 4:00 pm matchup with No. 7 Stevens at DeBaun Field.
