Montclair, NJ – Senior midfielder
AMBER HASLETT scored all three goals, including the game-winner late in the second half as No. 10 Montclair State rallied past Stockton University 3-2 at Sprague Field on Saturday afternoon.

KELLY WATSON registered a pair of assists as the Red Hawks scored twice in the final eight minutes for their fifth consecutive victory. MSU upped its record to 12-1 overall, 2-0 in NJAC play. Sarah Fisher and Casey Cordonna each had goals for Stockton (7-4, 1-2 NJAC), which dropped its second straight.
Fisher gave the Ospreys a 1-0 lead 5:44 into the contest as she finished off a feed from Caiazzo. Montclair responded 10 minutes later on the first of Haslett's three goals, this one off a penalty corner knotting the contest at 1-1.
The score remained that way into the second half when Stockton grabbed the lead with 21:50 left. Isabelle Marsh slipped a pass to Cordonna deep on the left side. Cordonna was able to push it into the back of the cage for the goal, her third of the season and a 2-1 Osprey advantage.
Haslett would get Montclair level again with 6:48 left. Taking a pass from
KYRA MOBLEY, Haslett fired a shot from the top portion of the circle past Emily Gilligan making the score 2-2. The Red Hawks then took the lead four minute later converting another corner. Watson inserted the ball up top to Haslett, who blistered a ball inside the right post for the go-ahead goal.
Gilligan finished with six saves for Stockton while Nicold Andriani made a pair for the Red Hawks, who outshot the Ospreys 18-6 in the contest.
The Red Hawks are back in action on Wednesday, October 10 in Mahwah, NJ. MSU faces Ramapo in an NJAC contest scheduled for 4:30 pm.
