Manheim. PA = The Montclair State field hockey team dropped its second straight contest as the 11
th-ranked Red Hawks fell to Washington and Lee, 1-0 at the Spooky Nook Complex on Saturday afternoon.
The Generals (3-5) outshot MSU (6-3) 23-1 in the contest however it wasn't until the early moments of the four period that W&L was able to get the game's only goal. That came from Stella Noels off an assist by Lauren Paolano.

NICOLE ANDRIANI kept the Red Hawks in the game stopping a season-high 15 shots.
The Red Hawks look to get back on the winning track on Friday, October 4 hosting Muhlenberg College at Sprague Field beginning at 7pm. It is the first of back-to-back contests for MSU which faces York College (PA) the following day (October 5) at 4pm.
