Montclair, NJ – Senior forward
JOSE HUERTA scored twice and assisted on another goal as No. 6 Montclair State cruised to a 7-0 win over Hunter College at MSU Soccer Park on Wednesday evening.
DEVAUGHN FOSTER and
KRISTO BOCI each added a goal and assist as the Red Hawks (3-0) continued their impressive start with its third straight victory. MSU has outscored its opponents 22-0 through its first three contests.
Huerta snapped a scoreless game in the 26
th minute as he knocked in a corner kick serve from
COLIN MULLIGAN. MSU would hold onto that lead until the waning minutes of the first when it scored twice in span of 2:05.
STEFAN KOROMAN got the second at 36:47 with a blast from the right side.
ERICK CHICAS got the next increasing the Red Hawk advantage to 3-0 at the break.
BROGAN QUIGLEY set up Huerta in the 50
th minute for a 4-0 lead. After scoring twice, Huerta set up Boci for the latter's second goal of the year. Foster banged in a rebound with 10:01 to play with
FRANK ORAMAS getting the final goal off a pass from Foster.

ZACH BIBLE stopped two shots for his first victory and shutout of the season.
Montclair State goes out on the road for its next contest on Saturday, September 7. The Red Hawks will be in Baltimore, MD for the Johns Hopkins Invitational. MSU takes on Mary Washington at 3:30 pm before facing the host Blue Jays on Sunday, September 8 at 1:00 pm
