The Red Hawks (3-3, 3-1 NJAC) snapped a two-game losing skid with an 84-67 triumph over Rutgers-Camden Saturday. NICKIE CARTER led Montclair with 22 points as all five starters scored in double-figures. TERESA WOLAK contributed 17 points, and nine rebounds as MAHOGANY WORSLEY-WOOTEN added 10 points and seven rebounds.

SCOUTING WILLIAM PATERSON
The Pioneers are 5-2 on the year and have gone to overtime in three contests. They are riding a two-game winning streak, including a fourth-quarter comeback against Rowan Saturday. Trailing by 18 with 4:13 left in the fourth, William Paterson outscored the Profs 19-1 to force overtime, where they won.
 
SERIES HISTORY
Montclair is 59-36 against William Paterson and saw their four-game winning streak against their local rivals snapped in the first meeting last year. The Red Hawks notched 16 consecutive wins from 2012-2018 before the Pioneers won 75-62 in 2019.
 
LAST MEETING
The Red Hawks picked up a 54-52 triumph over William Paterson on February 2, 2022. Tied entering the fourth quarter, the Pioneers grabbed a 50-46 lead with 2:54 to go. The teams traded leads before NICKIE CARTER hit a driving layup with three seconds to go to give MSU a two-point lead. William Paterson did not get a shot off, and Montclair escaped with a win.
