New York, NY- Announced on Monday afternoon by the Metropolitan Basketball Writers' Association (MBWA or MET), Montclair State University women's basketball sophomore ALYSSA CRAIGWELL secured First Team All-MET honors for Division III.
 
Craigwell was once again the star of Montclair's team this season. Her .454 field goal percentage was the second-best mark in the NJAC this season, while her 16.5 points per game and 64 total steals (2.5 steals per game) both ranked among the top three in the conference during the regular season. She was also named NJAC Player of the Week and Defensive Player of the Week during the season.
 
She earns First Team All-MET for the second season in a row. This season, Craigwell was also named WBCA Honorable Mention All-American, D3hoops.com Second Team All-Region 4, and First Team All-NJAC.
 
Montclair finished the season 15-11 and 11-7 in NJAC play, qualifying and reaching the NJAC Quarterfinals this season.
