ALEXIS STROLLO were named to the All-NJAC Team for the 2025–26 season.
Craigwell was selected to the First Team, while Strollo earned Second Team honors.
Craigwell had another spectacular season for Montclair, averaging 16.5 points and 7.0 rebounds per game as a 26-game starter. She also recorded 64 steals, 50 assists, and 34 blocks. Her .454 field goal percentage was the second-best mark in the NJAC this season, while her 16.5 points per game and 64 total steals (2.5 steals per game) both ranked among the top three in the conference. She was also named NJAC Player of the Week and Defensive Player of the Week during the season.
Strollo earned Second Team All-NJAC honors as a 26-game starter, averaging 12.3 points per game while shooting .466 from the field. She also totaled 87 assists, 80 rebounds, 35 steals, and eight blocks. Strollo tied for the second-best free-throw percentage in the league at .808, while her 87 total assists ranked among the conference leaders. She was named the inaugural NJAC Defensive Player of the Week and also earned NJAC Player of the Week honors this season.
Craigwell earns back-to-back First Team All-NJAC accolades to begin her Montclair career, while Strollo received her first All-NJAC selection in her final season as a Red Hawk.
Montclair State women's basketball finished the season with a 15–11 overall record and an 11–7 mark in NJAC play. The Red Hawks entered the NJAC Tournament as the fifth seed but fell to fourth-seeded Stockton, 67–60, in the quarterfinal round.
