LAST TIME OUT
The Red Hawks (14-7, 12-4 NJAC) notched their eighth straight victory with an 81-39 triumph over Rutgers-Newark Wednesday. After a sluggish first period, Montclair State outscored their Essex County rivals 64-27 over the final three frames. NICKIE CARTER scored a career-high 34 points on 12-of-17 shooting (4-for-4 from three) and punctuated the first half with a buzzer-beating three-pointer. Rookie OLIVIA VERO filled the stat sheet with eight points, five blocks, five rebounds, and four assists in the victory.

SCOUTING THE GOTHIC KNIGHTS
The Gothic Knights, who won the NJAC Championship last spring, are 8-8 and 7-9 in the NJAC. They are coming off a big win Wednesday, topping Rowan 73-59 for just their sixth win all-time against the Profs. Damaris Rodriguez scored a game-high 23 points off the bench as Liyah Allen added 16 points.

LAST MEETING
The Red Hawks notched an 88-64 win over NJCU in their last meeting on January 15. They outscored the Gothic Knights 50-27 over the final 20 minutes of play and saw four players score in double figures. NICKIE CARTER led the way with 28 points while adding seven rebounds and six assists as TRISHA PETERSON poured in a season-high 16 points.

SERIES HISTORY
The Red Hawks are 69-4 all-time against NJCU, with the Gothic Knights snapping a 37-game losing skid last spring in the NJAC Championship Game. The Red Hawks are 34-1 all-time inside the Panzer Athletic Center and 67-3 in NJAC matchups.
