LAST TIME OUT
The Red Hawks (12-7, 10-4 NJAC) clipped William Paterson 54-52 Wednesday evening. The hosts led by four with 2:54 to go, but the Red Hawks got within a point on a three-pointer from JULIA SUTTON on the next possession. KELLY SMITH leveled the game at 50 with a free throw before the two sides traded points. After a timeout, NICKIE CARTER drove the lane and notched a layup with three seconds to go to push MSU back in front. William Paterson had a chance to force overtime, but TRISHA PETERSON rejected a shot, and Montclair held on. Carter and Sutton tallied 17 points in the victory to lead the team.

SCOUTING THE SCARLET RAIDERS
The Scarlet Raptors enter with a 2-13 record, including a 1-13 mark within the NJAC. They have dropped five consecutive games and have earned victories over Rutgers-Newark on December 11 and Bryn Athyn on December 14. In their last match, they were topped by Rowan 89-48. Jalissa Pitts led the way with 18 points and seven assists, while Jania Pitts had 13 points.

LAST MEETING
The Red Hawks cruised to a 101-37 victory in the NJAC Quarterfinals last Spring. 14 different student-athletes recorded points led by 22 from JULIA SUTTON. KELLY SMITH, KAYLA BUSH, and SANIYA MYERS grabbed six boards while forcing 21 turnovers.

SERIES HISTORY
The Red Hawks are 48-17 against Rutgers-Camden, including four consecutive victories. Rutgers-Camden swept the season series in 2018-19, winning 57-45 in Camden and 64-54 inside the Panzer Athletic Center. Camden's best stretch in the series was they earned six straight wins from December 9, 2000 – February 12, 2003.
