Montclair, NJ – Junior attack
MATTHEW HOLLAND scored four times and assisted on a goal as Montclair State rolled past FDU-Florham, 21-4 at Sprague Field on Friday evening.

MIKE MCCREERY added three goals and three assists for the Red Hawks (3-2), who have won three straight contests. Montclair also posted its third consecutive win against its in-state rival.
TYLER MCCREERY recorded two goals and four assists.
Montclir scored eight times in the first quarter, including three in the first five minutes of the contest.
JOE COVINO found the back of the net 2:08 into the game off an assist from
MATT DANCSECS and connected again with 11:19 remaining for a two-goal advantage.
TYLER MCCREERY finished off a feed from brother Mike less than minute later.
The McCreerys would switch roles on the fourth goal with Mike scoring for a 5-0 lead.
CHRISTIAN BOYLE connected with 7:48 to play in the first and goals from
JACK CLEARY and Dancsecs 21 seconds apart pushed the lead to 7-0 with just under six minutes left. Holland registered the final score of the first period.
Montclair kept up the scoring pace in the second with three straight extending the lead to 11-0. Dancsecs scored 16 seconds into the new period with Holland getting his second with 12:09 remaining. Mike Creery scored two minutes later. Michael Stewart broke up the run by Montclair, scoring with 7:56 left before halftime. MSU would tack on the final three goals.
CHRISTIAN BOYLE and Holland each hit the net once before
CONNOR GABILANES tallied with 3:26 to go helping the Red Hawks to a 14-1 advantage at the break.
Boyle and Dancsecs each finished with two goals and an assist with
SEBASTIAN GRAZIANO and Gabilanes netting two goals apiece. Faceoff specialist
DAVID DRISCOLL was 13-of-19 with 11 ground balls.
JACK GRECO topped MSU with four ground balls and three caused turnovers.
DAVID METZGER stopped six shots before giving way in the fourth to
JAMOND RANDOLPH, who made one save.
Montclair State is back in action on Wednesday, March 16 hosting Misericordia University at Sprague Field in a 4:00 pm matchup.
