Montclair, NJ – The Montclair State women's basketball team hosts Stockton University in New Jersey Athletic Conference action Saturday.

LAST TIME OUT
The Red Hawks (5-7, 2-3 NJAC) fell to Ramapo 63-53 on Wednesday evening. NICKIE CARTER led the Red Hawks with 17 points as MAHOGANY WORSLEY-WOOTEN tallied a career-best 11 points. Sophomore OLIVIA VERO led the defensive efforts with seven defensive rebounds and four rejections.

SCOUTING STOCKTON
The Ospreys enter the matchup with an 8-5 mark, including a 3-3 record in the NJAC. They opened the year with wins in six of their first seven games but have struggled since. Stockton has lost three consecutive games, including a 59-34 setback to TCNJ Wednesday.

SERIES HISTORY
Montclair is 50-21 against Stockton, including six consecutive victories. The Ospreys' last win came on February 3, 2018, and they haven't won in Montclair since January 14, 2015. Inside the friendly confines of the Panzer Athletic Center, Montclair is 28-6.

LAST MEETING
Montclair downed Stockton 51-35 in their last meeting on January 31, 2022, limiting the Ospreys to single-digit points in three quarters. NICKIE CARTER scored 17 points to go with seven rebounds as OLIVIA VERO notched eight points, nine rebounds, and five blocks.
