2022-23 REWIND
NICKIE CARTER became the 22nd student-athlete in program history to record their 1,000th career point in the Red Hawks' second game of the season against Ithaca. The Red Hawks celebrated Alumnae Day on December 10, topping TCNJ 58-56 behind 32 points from Carter. Montclair State notched one of their biggest victories of the season on January 11, downing eventual New Jersey Athletic Conference Champions Rowan 73-67. MEGAN DUFFY registered her first career double-double with 13 points and 10 rebounds in the 60-52 win over Ramapo.

SCOUTING LEHMAN
The Lightning went 9-17 overall last season, including a 5-9 mark in the CUNYAC. They advanced to the CUNYAC Tournament, where they were upended by third-seeded Hunter College 74-60.

SERIES HISTORY
Montclair is 8-1 against Lehman, including eight consecutive victories. Lehman's lone win in the series came on February 22, 1970, when they topped Montclair 44-43. The two sides met yearly from 1970 – 1976 but have met once since 1976.

LAST MEETING
Montclair topped Lehman 88-32 on January 19, 2004. Stephanie Machin (19 points/10 rebounds), Amy Snyder (16 points/11 rebounds), and Amanda Mullaney (11 points/12 rebounds) had double-doubles in the victory. The Red Hawks limited Lehman to 11 second-half points in the triumph.
