LAST TIME OUT
The Red Hawks (8-15, 5-11 NJAC) fell to Ramapo 72-58 on Wednesday, February 7 at the Panzer Athletic Center. The Roadrunners jumped out to a 20-8 advantage after one quarter, and Montclair was able to get within 10 before halftime. Montclair made a push in the second half, but a strong offensive fourth quarter helped Ramapo seal the victory. AMANDA CASTRO matched her career-high with 13 points.

SCOUTING KEAN
The Cougars hold a 14-9 record for the 2023-24 season and a 11-5 mark in NJAC play, sitting one game out of first place with two games to go. Kean had won nine out of 10, including a six game winning streak, from December 30 to January 24. They lost their next three before bouncing back with a 120-49 victory against Rutgers-Camden on Wednesday, February 7. The team placed five in double-figures, led by Brittany Graff, who finished with 31 points.

Montclair is 57-38 all-time against Kean, but the Cougars have taken four out of the last five meetings. Prior to that, the Red Hawks won nine out of 12 games against the Cougars. LAST MEETING
The Red Hawks fell to Kean 76-66 on Saturday, January 13 at the Panzer Athletic Center. After the two sides were tied after the opening frame, Kean opened an eight-point advantage at the midway point of the second quarter. SHANNON HUGHES scored seven-straight to tie the game, and the Red Hawks went into the break up five. Montclair increased their advantage to double-digits in the third quarter, but Kean responded with a 14-3 scoring run to retake the lead. After the Red Hawks briefly retook the lead, Kean once again claimed it and eventually opened up a double-digit advantage. OLIVIA VERO led Montclair with 18 points.
