LAST TIME OUT
The Red Hawks (8-13, 5-9 NJAC) were outlasted by William Paterson 67-60 in overtime on Wednesday, January 31. Following a late first quarter push from the Pioneers to take a seven point lead, Montclair responded with a 50 percent shooting second quarter to get within one possession at the half. The Red Hawks used a 9-2 scoring run in the fourth quarter to level the score with two minutes remaining. After the game went to an extra period, William Paterson outscored Montclair 12-5 to seal the victory. AMANDA CASTRO led the Red Hawks with a career-high 13 points on 50 percent shooting.

SCOUTING STOCKTON
The Ospreys enter Saturday afternoon's contest with a 14-7 mark, including a 11-3 record in conference play. They are tied atop the NJAC with TCNJ with four games remaining and have won five of their last six conference games. Stockton defeated Rutgers-Newark in its most recent game, 71-54, on Wednesday, January 31. Imene Fathi and Madison Dulude led the Ospreys with 12 points each.

SERIES HISTORY
Montclair leads the all-time series against Stockton 51-23, with the Ospreys claiming the last two meetings. Prior to that, Montclair had won nine out of 10 against Stockton, including three-straight in Galloway. Stockton claimed the most recent meeting in Galloway, 65-45, on February 4, 2023. 

LAST MEETING
The Red Hawks fell to Stockton 51-42 in overtime on Saturday, January 6 at the Panzer Athletic Center. Montclair used a strong start to the second quarter to open a double-digit lead, but Stockton closed the gap to four at the break. The Ospreys came back to take the lead in the third quarter, and led until the 3:38 mark of the fourth quarter. The Red Hawks tied the game to send it to overtime, where Stockton used a 11-2 run to clinch the victory.
