Montclair, NJ- The Montclair State University women's swimming and diving team saw four of its student-athletes selected to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District team as announced by the organization on Tuesday afternoon.

The 2024-25 Academic All-District® Women's Swimming & Diving Team, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in the pool and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, and NAIA.
To be eligible for the CSC Academic All-District Team, student-athletes must maintain a GPA of 3.5 or higher and have competed in at least five meets or placed in the top eight at a conference championship event.
Peralta led the way for Montclair State, qualifying for the NCAA Division III Championship meet while maintaining an impressive 3.97 GPA as an educational foundations major. A three-time All-NJAC swimmer this season, she earned First Team honors in the 100 freestyle, Second Team recognition in the 50 freestyle, and an Honorable Mention as part of the 200 freestyle relay team. Peralta's NJAC Championship-winning time of 51.19 in the 100 freestyle secured her an NCAA "B" cut and a spot at the NCAA Division III Championship meet in Greensboro, NC, where she competed in the 50 freestyle, 100 freestyle, and 100 butterfly. This marks Peralta's second consecutive Academic All-District selection.
Tiedemann competed in all 13 meets this season while maintaining a 3.74 cumulative GPA as a fashion studies major. She led the team in four individual events, including the 1650 freestyle, in which she earned All-NJAC Honorable Mention honors with a third-place finish at the NJAC Championships, clocking in at 17:37.36. Tiedemann concluded her career with 13 All-NJAC accolades and earned Academic All-District honors for the second straight year.
Brock secured this honor after competing in all 13 meets while maintaining a 3.54 GPA. She capped off her final season as a Red Hawk with a First Team All-NJAC selection, winning gold in the 100 breaststroke with a school-record time of 1:04.39. She also contributed to an All-NJAC Honorable Mention award in the 200 freestyle relay. Brock wrapped up her career with 14 All-NJAC accolades and earned Academic All-District recognition for the second consecutive year.
Skopp-Cardillo rounded out the list for Montclair, competing in all 13 meets while earning a 3.97 overall GPA. Her best performance of the season came in a home meet against TCNJ on January 25, where she placed second in the 50 freestyle, 100 freestyle, and 200 freestyle. Skopp-Cardillo also played a role in setting two relay records (400 freestyle and 800 freestyle) at this season's NJAC Championships. She concluded her career with nine All-NJAC honors and earned Academic All-District recognition for the first time.
Montclair wrapped up the season with an impressive 10-2 dual meet record, finishing fourth at the NJAC Championships with a total of 897.5 points.
