PITMAN, N.J. – The New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) announced its first weekly awards of the 2026-27 season on Tuesday afternoon, with four Montclair State University student-athletes earning Athlete of the Week honors for competition spanning September 1-7.
 
Women's soccer collected two honors, as ISABELL KRONOW was named Offensive Player of the Week and KAYLEE LAUBER earned Rookie of the Week honors. BREANNA CRAIG earned NJAC Player of the Week honors in volleyball, while OLIVIA ENT was named Rookie of the Week in field hockey.
 
Kronow was sensational during Montclair State's unbeaten opening week, totaling nine points on four goals and one assist. The junior forward recorded a hat trick in the Red Hawks' season-opening victory over Penn State Berks on Tuesday. She followed by assisting on the game-tying goal in Friday's draw against Hartford before converting the game-winning penalty kick in a 1-0 victory at Johnson & Wales on Sunday.
 
In her first week of collegiate action, Lauber played a key role in Montclair State's unbeaten start, totaling three goals for six points. She scored twice in the Red Hawks' 7-1 season-opening victory over Penn State Berks on Tuesday before netting the game-tying goal in the second half of Friday's draw against Hartford.

Craig led the way for Montclair as they kicked off the season 5-0 during the opening week. Breanna finished with 42 kills and a .410 swinging percentage. She also added nine digs, four service aces, and five blocks to her weekly total. She had three double-digit kill performances, including a 13-kill performance in Montclair's season-opening sweep of Manhattanville on Tuesday. 
 
Ent made an immediate impact during her first collegiate week for Montclair State. The freshman forward totaled three points on a goal and an assist in Saturday's contest at Wilkes. She capped the performance by scoring her first collegiate goal in double overtime, lifting the Red Hawks to a 2-1 victory over the Colonels.
 
Kronow earned the second NJAC Offensive Player of the Week honor of her career and claimed the award in the opening week of the season for the second consecutive year. Craig, Lauber and Ent each collected the first NJAC weekly honor of their careers.
