LAST TIME OUT
The Red Hawks tied Rowan 150-150 on Saturday afternoon. Freshman
AMBER ROCHELEAU won three individual events and helped a relay to victory in the draw. The tie was only the second in 738 meets that Coach McLaughlin has coached at Montclair. Rocheleau was a part of the 200-medley relay team that took first (1:53.88) and won the 200-free (2:01.03), 200-butterfly (2:16.43) and 200-IM (2:17.66)
KEAN REPORT
The Cougars are 2-1 on the short season, and 1-1 in the NJAC. They notched victories over Ramapo and Baruch before falling to Rowan on Friday, October 29. In the meet against Rowan, Teagan Powell, Brianna Shaw, and Amanda Davis each notched a win in an event.
LAST MEETING
The Red Hawks topped Kean 212-107 on March 6 last spring, as
EMILY ROTHAMEL won a pair of events. That meet also featured TCNJ, who swam virtually as Montclair and Kean competed head-to-head.
EMILY ROTHAMEL won two events, the 100-backstroke (1:01.53) and 800-freestyle relay (8:15.08). The 800-relay established a new Panzer Pool record time and featured Rothamel,
TAYLOR WADDLETON,
MOLLY MOORE, and
LIDIA BOGUSLAWSKA.
SERIES HISTORY
Montclair is 30-2 all-time against Kean, including wins in each of the last four seasons since Kean re-established their program. Kean's last win came on November 28, 1989 when they earned a 135-81 victory in Union.
